Dancing
My love to dance is strongly linked with my love to music. I like to dance very much.
History
Most of my life I almost didn't dance: I was so shy to do it that I thought I'm not interested in dancing. However, through time I overcame more and more of my shyness, and tried more and more to dance. From 21 to 23 years old I tried to go to discotheques a couple of times per year, and even attended a dancing cource for 7 months (that was absolutely unexpected, just as Bilbo started his journey in “Hobbit”). From 23 to 26 I went a bit more to discotheques, went very often to Norwegian folk dances, and attented jive, samba, salsa and cha cha cha lessons for several months. Norwegian folk dances became a real treasure for me: easy to learn and join, dynamic, diverse, cheerful and usually with live and very beautiful music, with pleasant people. Sometimes I attended folk dances 3 times per week, and even went to balls is another towns. From 26 I shifted more to discotheque dancing, going very often and dancing free style, inventing every time several new dances. Right at that period I had the greatest development in overcoming dancing shyness: before I had been standing for hours before starting to dance, and now I can start dancing almost instantly on both an empty dancefloor or a dancefloor full of people. Of course, it still depends a lot on athmosphere around and my mood, and I'm still somewhat shy sometimes.
